RETURN POLICY

We stay firmly behind the quality of our products. If it turns out that the item that you have received has some defects or was damaged during transportation, please contact us within 5 business days for exchange or replacement.
Please note shipping, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-creditable upon return
Due to the nature of our products, Dress Me Couture does not accept returns/exchanges. 

Exchanges for different sizes are not accepted either.
Dress me couture will not accept packages that are shipped back without preapproval from us.
Order Cancellation before shipping:
If you wish to cancel your order after placing your order online you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and issued a monetary refund.

Shipping Time frame:

Once you've placed your order, we immediately goes into processing.

Some items may not be available for immediate shipping. In that case, we will contact you and let you know what styles are not available, whether we have other sizes/colors available and when do we expect them to be back in stock.

Once your order is confirmed and paid, we will ship it out within 1-2 business days for in-stock items.

Orders placed before 2 PM. EST Monday-Friday will be processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 2 PM. EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.


How much is shipping and delivery?

Your exact shipping cost will be calculated based on the final stock confirmation. We will choose best possible shipping option based on your specific location and requirements. We have special discounts with many shipping carriers and thus can provide you with the lowest possible shipping costs.

Who will deliver my order?

We utilize a network of such carriers as DHL, UPS, as well as USPS to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped out, we will provide you with a tracking number.

What countries do you ship to?

We deliver to more than 100 countries all over the world. You can contact us for a shipping quote for your location.

How do I place an order?

1. Find product that you like by browsing our collection. 
2. Click on the style that you want to order.
3. Select sizes and colors in quantities that you like. You can indicate in Quantity box the number of items that you want to order.
4. Add selected styles to your shopping cart.
5. Proceed to checkout. 
6. Indicate your correct billing and shipping address. Make sure you provide valid email address and phone numbers. We may have to contact you with some questions regarding your order.
7. Select what payment method you would like to use. 
8. Select what shipping option you prefer. Since shipping cost depends on final weight of your package.
9. In Order comments box, you can put any comments regarding your order. 
10. Click on Place Order button


What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, dress me couture does not accept returns/exchanges. Exchanges for different sizes are not accepted either.

If dresses are damaged during transportation or defective, you must contact us within 2 days of the time of delivery. Damaged merchandise will only be replaced or exchanged.

Dress me couture will not accept packages that are shipped back without preapproval from us.


What types of Payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards & Apple Pay.


Do you charge my credit card immediately, at the checkout?

Your card is not charged until we process and confirm your order.


Are all styles available for immediate purchase?

Unfortunately, not all styles listed on dress me couture are available for immediate purchase. Some of them might be sold out at the time of purchase. If this is the case, we can contact you by phone or email with availability information so you can substitute missing styles.


Do you ship internationally?

dress me couture ships all over the world. 


What are your shipping rates?

Dress me couture offers very competitive shipping rates. Your final rate will depend on such factors as destination country and final weight of the package. 


Do you offer expedited shipping?

dress me couture offers expedited shipping for domestic and international orders. For domestic shipments we use UPS Ground or USPS Priority as a default option. If you prefer a faster shipping method, you can select one at the checkout.

For international orders, we offer DHL express as an expedited shipping method. Delivery time is subject to the remoteness of your destination.


How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are shipped the same or the next business day from the time payment is cleared.


Do I pay customs duties and/or taxes?

Please note, that you will be responsible to pay any customs duties and/or taxes that are payable in your country.
